Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
> Generally, orders are delivered within 10 - 30 working days.
The international delivery will proceed as below :

Ship to MAKESHOP Logistics Center(Domestic Shipping), After Order acceptance and preparation :
takes up to 2~7 business days.
2. Domestic delivery : takes up to 2~5 business days.

3. After all items gathered, we will Inspect items at MAKESHOP Logistics Center : within 2~5 business days.
(If the additional international delivery fee is paid and if there are no other problems with the order, then
the items will be transferred to the international delivery company within 24 hours)

4. Once the parcels are delivered to the international delivery companies, the delivery will begin :
within 2 ~ 7 business days.

Q. I didn't get any parcel. What should I do?
In the case of the absent of the recipient after you requested for delivery in front of the door to the delivery courier, it's impossible to get a compensation from OKDGG or a delivery courier.

If you care about loss, please handed over directly from the driver, since it cannot be refundable for the case of in-front-door delivery performed from customer's request.

In case of Items are in DGG Logistics Center
> Exchange :Basically it is unavailable to Exchange when the started Domestic shipping already.
(But, you can cancel the item and make new order)
If you find wrong/defective item(s), please contact immediately to Customer Service Center with order number(K**********) and items name and image of wrong/defective item(s).

Canllation : OKDGG needs to send back to shopping mall which have been sent to DGG Logistics Center already.
Due to 5,000 won will be deducted from refund amount from each shops items
In case of after received items
> If you willing to Return any items, first you should inform us right after you receive it and name of item and
the shop name.( within 5 days after delivery completed)
** The exchange is not possible.
Return shall to be processed after confirm with shop staff.

Before that Confirmed check below :
1. You will need to pay the shipping fees for your exchange when you mail your package.
2. Cancellation fee which is 5,000 won will be deducted from refund amount from each shops items.
(since your order was shipped out by free shipping, deducted from refund amount very first international shipping fee)
