Q. what is the Prepaid shipping fee?
For 'Overnight Delivery' order: You have to pay Prepaid Internatinal shipping fee when you purchase under 100$.
$1 ~ $99 : Marked price for each items' weight
$100 ~ : Free shipping
*You can check each items' weight when you order the items.

For 'General Delivery' order: You have to pay Prepaid International shipping fee when you purchase under 150$.
$1 ~ $69 : $24
$70 ~ $149 : $30
$150 ~ : Free shipping

Q. The status is showing “delivered”, however I have not received the item yet. What should I do?
Reasons of why delivery might fail
- Incorrect address
- Absence of presence upon delivery or missed call upon deliveryman's attempts
- Deliveryman might have delivered the parcel to the security office or within the parcel deposit box.

Q. I received defective items
If the item is damaged, the compensation can be made after confirming with the seller / OKDGG & Logistic center /
delivery company.

For accurate and fast service, please send us 3 following pictures with your order number (K************), product name or number to 'help@okdgg.com' in 5days after you received the parcel.
1) Defected part of the item and a Tag
2) Bar code labels attached on the package
3) Label attached on the cover of the item
Q. How much does it cost for International Shipping?
For 'General Delivery' items, the free shipping service is applied when the total amount of one order is over $150 as before. When it's below than $150, the delivery could be started after the initial shipping cost is paid. But, even if your 'General Delivery' order is exceed $150 or order them including the prepaid shipping cost (when your order is required the free shipping condition), you could be charged for the extra shipping costs caused from the excessed weight of specific items (for foods and K-pop goods and so on).

For 'Overnight Delivery' items, the free shipping service is applied when the total amount of one order is over $100. Though the total weight of the parcel's over the maximum weight set depending on each countries, the extra charge just for the overed weight could be charged when you make a payment. When the total amount if below than $100, the shipping cost will be charged according to the weight of each items. You can check each items' weight when you order the items, and there would be no additional fee after the payment is done including the shipping cost.

Q. Why does it get delayed?
Here are reasons for the delay in delivery.
1. Delivery due to stock issues / domestic delivery delays from the Stores / delays due to Stores's vacation, holiday, etc.
2. Delay due to domestic delivery company (due to weather, overwhelming number of delivery, holiday, etc.)
3. Inaccurate ot Insufficient address (website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method)
4. Inspect the item, item lost

Once the order is complete, requested delivery to shops. (may arrive late at the dgg center depending on the store's conditions)

The international delivery will proceed as below :

Ship to MAKESHOP Logistics Center(Domestic Shipping), After Order acceptance and preparation :
takes up to 2~7 business days.
2. Domestic delivery : takes up to 2~5 business days.

3. After all items gathered, we will Inspect items at MAKESHOP Logistics Center : within 2~5 business days.
(If the additional international delivery fee is paid and if there are no other problems with the order, then
the items will be transferred to the international delivery company within 24 hours)

4. Once the parcels are delivered to the international delivery companies, the delivery will begin :
within 2 ~ 7 business days.

Q. Why my order has been canceled?
All OKDGG items are sold via individual sellers and by their stock issues, the item can be cancel without a notice.

Q. How do I get a refund method?
Refund should be back to the payment method you used when ordering goods.
Refund transcation may takes up to 14 ~ 30 days to appear in your account.

Ⓐ Refund processes of cancellation of the authorization method
Ⓑ In case of payment has been completely deducted from credit card bill already , payment will be cancelled, payment amount will be cancelled for the following month.
Ⓒ Authorization of payment cancellation period is up to 10 days in relation to undergo the issuer's verification procedures ( Except holidays).
ⓓ Refer credit card company after the period has passed for cancellation.

▶ Paypal & Alipay refunds process

Ⓐ If you paid using your credit or debit card, the refund is credited to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may takes up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
Ⓑ If you paid using your PayPal balance, the refund is credited to your PayPal account.
Ⓒ If you paid using both card and your PayPal balance, the amount paid with the card is refunded to that card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
Q. When I get a refund?
Refund transcation may takes up to 14 ~ 30 days to appear in your account.

In case of after received items (Return from the abroad)
If you willing to Exchange or Return any items, first you should inform us right after you receive it and name of item and the shop name.( within 5 days after delivery completed)

Exchange & Return shall to be processed after confirm with shop staff.

1. You will need to pay the shipping fees for your exchange when you mail your package.
2. Cancellation fee which is 5,000 won will be deducted from refund amount from each shops items.
(since your order was shipped out by free shipping, deducted from refund amount very first international shipping fee)

3. In case refund or Exchange are not possible :
Laundry, wearing, apply perfume, repair ,Missing tag.
4. Return is available within 5 days after you received the item(s) ordered. When you return the non-defective item(s)

If you okay issue with above charges, please contact immediately to Customer Service, we will check with shopping mall.
*Caution : Not every orders or items shall to be able to returned due to variety issues by shop.
In case of Items are in DGG Logistics Center
When you want to return the items, after they already stocked here in logistic center or they are on the way to logistic center, you should pay for the doemstic shipping cost. This is needed to send the items back to the shop and applied for each shops. This will be deducted from the refunded charge.
The domestic shipping cost is 5,000 won in general and this could be differed by the shops.
Please request us to cancel and return with your agreement for the domestic shipping fee deduction.
